Thank you and The Clock Depot for your prompt response

Robert,

I just wanted to send out a gigantic thank-you for following up with
me and you provided me with Seiko’s phone number. I called Seiko on yesterday,
Monday the 16th, and spoke to Eric Lowery who processed my request and sent me,
on the same day, the appropriate instructions I needed for my mothers
clock.

Robert we thank you and the Clock Depot for your prompt response to our
urgent need for our Seiko instructions and for sending me to the proper
place to get what I needed. We know it’s your job to follow through on
customer requests, but the speed by which you processed and sent the
information as to where to go to find what we needed without delay was in
fact greatly appreciated. My mother and her entire household send their
heartfelt thanks to you, Robert, for a job well done.

So with her Seiko instructions in hand, I’m going to my mom’s house today
to fix her clock. Thanks again Robert.
