Tomorrow,  Easter Sunday will mark 2 years to the day you delivered my clock. I am more pleased today than then if that is possible. I will NEVER buy another clock anywhere else. Thanks so much for this video. I inherited a pendulum wall clock in 2004 and it ran faithfully until September 2021.
I followed other online suggestions cleaning, oiling, etc the clock but it was only after viewing this posting did I resolve the issue.
At this point I know pretty much all there is to know about this clock up to disassembly / reassembly. For now, it is running with a gentle tic toc in the background with the chimes on the hour and 1/2 hour to wake me up.

I ordered the Rhythm brand Woodgrain Marvelous musical motion clock Friday after calling to verify that it was in stock, I was told via phone that it was in stock and would be shipped via FedEx that same day. I ordered the clock and swiftly received shipping notification. I was able to track the package . I found that on Saturday it was due to arrive yesterday ( Sunday- after 48 hours). It did arrive on Sunday morning. We installed the batteries and hung it in a prominent place in our family room, after setting it and selecting music. The clock performs as expected chiming every hour with a new tune and motion. It shuts off the music for the nighttime as expected. The best thing is seeing the delight on my grandchildren’s faces when the hour strikes. My grandchildren’s ages are as follows: 17, 15, 11, and 9. They are all so delighted that they paused briefly from their getting ready for school and gathered around the family room to watch the clock strike 7 ( as they leave for school before the next chime at 8). Thanks so much for such excellent customer service and for having such a fantastic product so all can enjoy it long before Christmas comes even though it is a Christmas present!

The clock brings genuine joy to all, and don’t we all need more joy in our lives!!!!

Several situations arose where I could have used the manual.
Recently, I searched Google about setting the lunar clock, and your site appeared.

They no longer turn off at 10:45 PM (or, is it 11:45 PM?) Thank you for archiving this important information. Sadly, I no longer see treasured vintage clocks in homes.

My husband and I purchased the Bulova Asheville Mantel Clock from you for a housewarming gift for our son and daughter-in-law. They just moved into their first home after many years of apartment living as college students. You extended our return until June because we did not think we would be able to go see them and take their gift until May. I just purchased a Howard Miller table clock from you. It has arrived and it is exactly what I wanted. This clock is going to help my elderly mom, with memory issues, to know what time it is. You see, there are more and more days when she doesn’t understand ‘digital time’. Looking at a clock that says ‘11:05’ doesn’t make much sense to her anymore. But show her a clear clock face with Arabic numbers, with the big hand on one and the little hand just after eleven and she gets it. It’s five past eleven. It’s time to go to the community room for exercise class!
