The Clock arrived. Clock is wound and running great. It definitely has a higher pitched chime than my old one. Thanks for calling the company to complete this order. Also thanks for the list of clock repair shops in the Bay Area. You found a lot more than I did, so I still have a glimmer of hope to get my old electric clock repaired as it has the most elegant tonal chime.

Somewhere in the future more clocks will be purchased so I will keep an eye on your website.
